You do not need to know what is causing it. That is the part we are for. Send the URL and what you are seeing, and you will get a straight answer on whether it is worth fixing, roughly what it would take, and whether we are the right team for it.
What to include
The more of this you can give us, the more useful the first reply is. None of it is required.
- The URL, and a specific page if the problem is on one
- What you are seeing, in your own words. Rankings dropped, the site feels slow, changes are not showing up
- Roughly when it started, if you know
- What has already been tried, so we do not suggest it back to you
- Whether anyone else has looked at it, and what they said
What happens after you send it
We read it properly rather than sending a templated reply, and we look at the site before responding. You get an actual opinion within one working day, usually the same day.
If it looks like a real piece of work, we will suggest a short call to fill in the gaps. That call is free, it lasts about twenty minutes, and it is a diagnosis rather than a pitch. If we think you do not need to hire anyone, we will say that instead, which happens more often than you might expect.
